Existing: Route P13 Mount Royal Flyer
Route P13 is proposed to be discontinued. Service to the area would be provided via the proposed routes D5, D12, D12S, O9, and L12.
Key Route Information
- Route P13 would be discontinued due to low ridership and slow recovery of commuter trips post pandemic.
- The O9 would run on Babcock Blvd to Oakland; the D12 and L12 would provide additional service Downtown from the North Hills.
- The D5 would connect Etna to Downtown via Seavey Rd.
Route Highlights
- Riders along Mt Royal Blvd could connect to PRT service at McCandless/Ross Park & Rides.
- Frequency on the D12 (existing Route 12) would be increased to every 30 minutes. Service to McKnight Rd would be offered by the D12 at 30-minute weekday frequencies.
- Riders in Etna and Millvale would connect to Downtown on the D5.
