Route O12 is proposed to become Route L12. Route L12 would serve McCandless Park and Ride on the way to Downtown via McKnight Rd. This route would serve limited stops and operate only during peak times.

- Circulation through Downtown would be changing so that inbound and outbound alignment is similar, which should improve system legibility.
