Route P16 is proposed to be discontinued. Service to the area would be provided via the proposed routes D78, D86, N72, N77, and L76.

- Route D86 would provide direct service from Penn Hills to Downtown every 30 minutes.
- Route N77 would provide all-day service on Long Rd and Universal Rd, connecting to the East Busway.
