Route Y47 is proposed to be discontinued. Service to the area would be provided via the proposed routes D46 and D47.

- Route Y47 is proposed to be discontinued due to low ridership and slow recovery of commuter trips post pandemic.
- Route would be combined with proposed Route D46 and would service much of the existing Y47 route.
- The D46 would extend to Clairton and Elizabeth; the nearby D47 would serve shopping destinations in West Mifflin.
Route Highlights
- Routes D46 and D47 would connect Baldwin, Whitehall, and Downtown all day, 7 days a week.
- Service to CCAC South would be provided by the N55.
