Proposed: Route D89 East Liberty via Lawrenceville, Stanton Heights
Route 87 is proposed to become Route D89. This route is proposed to serve connections to Upper Lawrenceville and Stanton Heights. Service through Bloomfield and Friendship would be provided by Route D87. Service through Morningside would be provided by Route D75. Service on Butler St north of McCandless Ave would be provided by Route D91.

Key Route Improvements
- Would create new direct connections between Stanton Heights, Central Lawrenceville, and Downtown.
- Would increase weekend service frequency to 30 min from 40 min on Saturdays, and to 40 min from 60 min on Sundays.
- Would provide more direct service and streamline multiple variants in the existing bus network to provide more consistent service.
