Proposed: Route D4 Troy Hill via Deutschtown
Route 4 is proposed to become Route D4. Routing of the D4 (existing 4) is proposed to be streamlined to allow for more frequency and span of service on segments with higher ridership. As a result, some coverage is lost in low ridership areas of Reserve Township.

Key Route Improvements
- Would retain existing coverage in Troy hill.
- Would improve weekend frequency to every 60 minutes from every 75 minutes.
- Would improve connections via transfers in Deutschtown and Downtown.
