Route 91 is proposed to become Route D91. This route would create new connections between Downtown, Aspinwall, and Blawnox.

Key Route Improvements
- Would retain existing direct connections from Aspinwall and Sharpsburg to Lawrenceville, the Strip and Downtown.
- Would provide new connections from Butler St/40th St to Stanton Heights, East Liberty, Millvale, and North Hills.
- Would increase Saturday service frequency to every 30 min from every 40 min.
Route Highlights
- D91 routing would be the same alignment as the existing Route 91 from Downtown to Waterworks.
- All trips on the D91 would terminate at RIDC Park. Heinz VA Hospital would be served by route D75.
- Many routes overlap along Butler St and Liberty Ave between the Lawrenceville Shopping Center and Downtown, providing frequent service that runs every 30 minutes or better.
