Route 88 is proposed to become Route D88. This route alignment would remain mostly the same.

Key Route Improvements
- Would increase Saturday service frequency to every 30 minutes from every 40 minutes.
- Would retain existing connections on Penn Ave from Downtown to East Liberty and Bakery Square.
- Would retain weekday service span.
Route Highlights
- Aside from the Downtown alignment, the D88 routing would remain the same as the existing 88.
- Many routes overlap on Liberty Ave and Penn Ave, providing frequent service between the Strip District and Downtown.
