Proposed: Route X80 Wilkinsburg - Downtown via Point Breeze, Oakland
Route 71C is proposed to become High Frequency Route X80. The X80 proposal would restore many connections that riders have requested to and from Downtown, Uptown, the Centre Ave corridor, East Liberty, Point Breeze, and Wilkinsburg.
