- Carnegie Station transit hub would provide access to the Airport, Oakland, Brentwood, Brookline, East Liberty, and the Robinson shopping area.
- Connecting service to Bridgeville (N31) and Mount Lebanon (N41) would be offered from Carnegie Station.
