Route 14 is proposed to become Route D14. This route would create new connections between the Ohio Valley and Downtown.

- Connections to Beaver County Transit Authority routes would be available at Ambridge Park & Ride.
- Route D14 is proposed to extend into Downtown instead of terminating at Allegheny Station like the existing Route 14.
- D14 routing would remain the same as the existing Route 14 from Ambridge to Brighton Heights.
