Proposed: Route D13 West View via Bellevue, Marshall-Shadeland, Manchester
Routes 13 & 17 are proposed to be combined into route D13. This route would create a new connection between Manchester and shopping and groceries at West View Park Shopping Center.

Key Route Improvements
- Would increase Sunday frequency to every 40 min from every 50 min.
- Would improve direct connections to Marshall-Shadeland and Manchester, more local connections via transfer to McKnight Rd.
- Would retain existing connections from West View to North Side and Downtown.
Route Highlights
- The D13 would create a new connection between Manchester and shopping and groceries at West View Park Shopping Center
- Coverage that is proposed to be removed from existing Routes 13 and 17 is due to very low ridership. Service has been reallocated to improve frequency on the D13 and across the network.
- Service through Manchester is now provided by the D13, on the alignment of the current Route 17.
- Service on California Ave would be provided by the D14.
