Route details are provided in two additional formats for ease of review.

D86 would provide a core daily route from Penn Hills into the City of Pittsburgh, connecting Homewood, East Liberty, Bloomfield, the Strip District, and Downtown.
Would provide direct connection from Penn Hills to East Liberty Bloomfield, and Downtown.
Would add additional coverage to Frankstown Rd to increase frequency on a busy corridor.
Would maintain connection between Homewood and Bloomfield.
Service on Oakwood St and into Wilkinsburg would be provided by Routes D73 and N72.
Route would be extended to Penn Hills.
