Route P3 is proposed to become Route X80 with service from Swissvale Station to Downtown via the East Busway, Oakland, and Uptown.

Summary of Proposed Changes

Route is proposed to operate as per the PRTX University Line plan, which extends the existing P3 from Oakland to Downtown from Swissvale via the East Busway.
- The existing P3 is part of the PRTX University Line plan, along with the existing 61A, 61B, 61C, and 71B.
X80 Would runs every 10 minutes at peak times between Swissvale and Downtown via Oakland and until 2:00 am every day of the week.
Would provide increased speed and reliability along PRTX University Line corridor.
