Route 8 is proposed to become Route D8 with service from West View Park Shopping Center to Downtown via Ross Park & Ride and Perrysville Ave.

Summary of Proposed Changes

Would include a direct stop at Ross Park and Ride to expand connections to other routes.
Frequency would be improved on weekends.
Evening service would be expanded on both weekdays and weekends.
There are no proposed alignment changes to this route, except where the D8 enters Downtown as it would now use the 7th St Bridge.
New connections can be made at Ross Park and Ride and West View to Bellevue and McKnight Rd shopping area.
