Route 14 is proposed to become Route D14 with service from Ambridge to Downtown via Sewickley, Bellevue, and California-Kirkbride.

Summary of Proposed Changes

Route D14 would be extended into Downtown Pittsburgh.
Weekday frequencies would be improved to 30 minutes.
Saturday frequencies would be improved to 40 minutes.
Alignment for D14 is proposed to be the same as existing Route 14 from Ambridge to Brighton Heights.
Service would now use California Ave. and serve Manchester.
D14 is proposed to continue from the Northside into Downtown.
