Marshall Shadeland, California Kirkbride, and Manchester would be connected with higher frequency services and access to more destinations.
Sunday service frequencies would be improved to 40 minutes.
Schedule reliability would be improved with modified bus speeds.
Alignment modification to Avalon would provide additional access for riders to/from Downtown Pittsburgh.
Service to West View Giant Eagle would now be served by Route N17.
Service removed from California Ave, Ohio River Blvd, and Brighton Rd. Now served by Route D14.
Alignment modifications to Marshall-Shadeland would provide additional service to/from Downtown.
Route would use Cedar Ave. Service around Allegheny Commons would be provided by Routes D14 and O99.
