St Anne Station is abutting Sawmill run, with a retaining wall supporting the station. The plan will investigate how to best cohabitate with the waterway.

The pedestrian infrastructure to enter the station is currently overgrown and minimal. The plan will make recommendations on how to improve access to the station.

Only the inbound station has amenities such as a canopy, seating, a Connect Card machine, and others. These amenities will be upgraded, and most will be provided on both sides of the station.

There is very little infrastructure to protect from and warn of trains. The plan will look into safety improvements for the station area.
