Please reach out to PRT to let us know about planned work that will impact PRT stops or routing, whether for temporary bus stop or travel lane closures, or permanent planned changes.
Notifying us about projects that impact bus stops or service allow us to promptly arrange detours and alert riders to any changes.
- For emergency road closures or similar pressing situations, please call PRT's Bus Traffic Operations team at 412.851.4900
- For proposed or planned work, email our team at ProjectCoordination@RidePRT.org
- For temporary impacts to bus stops or routes, we recommend informing PRT about your project at least three weeks before construction begins; this allows sufficient time for us to notify our operators and riders.
- For projects proposing permanent changes, contact PRT as early as possible, ideally at the beginning of the design or engineering process; this will allow us time to review proposed changes to ensure they meet design requirements.
